These Terms govern use of the RAAI Operations website and software products. By using a product or this website, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

1. Software purpose

RAAI Operations products are focused productivity and business tools. Product descriptions define the intended feature set. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the software does not provide legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or other professional advice.

2. Local data

Some products store data locally in the user's browser or device. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their device and for using available backup/export features for important information.

3. Estimates and business documents

Products such as QuickQuote Solo help users prepare estimate documents. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of prices, taxes, scope, customer information, terms, and any legal or regulatory requirements that apply to their business.

4. Purchases

When paid software is offered through an authorized payment or merchant-of-record provider, checkout, taxes, payment processing, and certain purchase-support functions may be handled by that provider under its applicable terms.

5. License and acceptable use

Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing software provides a limited right to use that software for its intended purpose. Users may not interfere with the service, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the software for unlawful activity.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable products but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or device, or that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAAI Operations is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software, including losses caused by user-entered pricing, lost local data, or business decisions based on generated documents.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated as products or business practices evolve. Continued use after an updated version is published may be subject to the revised Terms where permitted by law.
